You are using macos 10.11 or higher on your mac, and when you connect it with your iphone to sync with itunes, you see a notification saying “a software update is required to connect to your iphone.”. Did you already update to the latest mac os and latest ios version on your iphone? in addition, you did or did not install the public beta
