Usb ports not working in windows 7 home premium then used microsoft diagnostic tool for windows 7. it detected a driver problem with usb devices and corrected the problem. the usb devices worked for a day or two and then quit working. computer is an acer aspire laptop 7740 , intel i3 processor 330m, 4 gb ram, intel graphics media accelerator hd. running
