Advantage:

- The user chat with you must be have facebook account, so you can know user information (account connect with you)
- If you care about user facebook account, you can use zotabox

Disadvantage:

- If user don't have facebook account, so they can't connect with you!
- Don't have chart analysis and live chart for your review,
- If you want to view the analysis of visitors, this tool is not for you now, you can try the tawk :)

tawk.io - Free 

Advantage:

- User no need to have any information, so if you don't care the user information, just care about connection, CCU of your chat website, I think you can use tawk
- This tool can help you view chart analysis and live chart of your visitors, that be cool
- This is free, but if you want to use some plugin and you just want to users statistics, you can use tawk.
- Show the country which people chat with you

Disadvantage:

- You don't know user information: because when user chat don't need to login. You just see the 'anonymous' name. Example: V24589655k

vchat - Commercial

Advantage:

- The user when using the chat must be have Google or Facebook account, so you can know who chat with you (email, facebook account)
- If you want cares about google and facebook account, you can use vchat

Disadvantage:

- This tool is commercical software
