The famous manga character "Son Goku" skin is now available for GTA San Andreas Mobile. The maker of this mod is "O.M.F.G". The skin is cartoonish and has no bug. Also this mod does not require computer. You can install this mod by using IMG Tool Android.
To install this mod follow these steps:
Before You Start
• You are going to replace this skin with Truth (ped in GTA San Andreas). Now whenever you want to use this downloaded skin just use Skin Selector Mod and choose "Truth" skin from there.• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.
Step I: Download Goku Skin Mod Android
• Download Mod from:Google Drive

• Download Alci's IMG tool:
Download IMG Tool
• Download TXD Fucker:
Download TXD Fucker
Step II: Install this Mod in Your GTA SA Android
• Extract your ".obb" file using winrar. (PC). Click Here if you do not know how to extract ".obb" files of GTA San Andreas Android.• Open IMG Tool and open
/(extracted obb)/texdb/gta3.img
• Find and replace the ".dff" model in this zip and
then goto Commands>Rebuild Archive and then exit
• Exit and Copy below file and folder:
/(extracted obb)/texdb/gta3.img (this file)
and Paste it in your phone's:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/ <here>
*Make new "files" and "texdb" folder if doesn't exist
TO PLAY GTA SA ANDROID WITH THIS SKIN PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
• Install "Skin Selector Mod" <click the link
• Open Skin Selector Mod from cleo menu
• Select "Truth Skin"
• Click "Tick Mark" button (present below "-" button)
• Then click bottom right button
• Now you can use this skin.
Step III: Enjoy the mod
