Docky is an application docking that kinda make your desktop looks little bit like mac os which have a dock app at the bottom of the screen. In this article i'm going to show you how to install and use docky on lubuntu.
Docky works pretty much the same like dock on mac os, it will show the currently open application so you can have quick access to it, and with docky you can also add widgets (called docklets) and pin an apps to create a shortcut.
Docky is also themeable, meaning docky support for themes on the interface, you can change themes and add new themes for docky, there are plenty docky themes you can download from the internet.

How to move lubuntu panel to the top
Do a right click mouse on lubuntu panel and then select 'Panel Settings', at the 'Position' section choose 'Top'. (as i explain on the previous article)
